    Directions: Mix one tube with 16-24 ounces (2-3) cups of water. Shake vigorously. Drink 1/2 - 3/4 cup every 15 minutes.

    Ingredients: organic tapioca maltodextrin, organic agave powder, citric acid, sea salt, fruit powder, rice maltodextrin. With caffeine contains 184mg caffeine per serving.

    Perfect Combo

    A good way to get the exact amount for longer rides. It would be perfect if you had the round lid connected to a soft pack of some type to fold up in the jersey a bit better. I also use baggies to hold the same amount, but is harder to dispense in your water bottle. Excellent product, tastes good, and disolves pretty well after some shaking.

    Excellent on the go

    Love this race tube size when you're on the go. The tropical passion flavor is outstanding! Currently, this flavor is unique to the single serving size rather than the larger endurance bag, so try this one!! It's my favorite.
