If you have an item that you would like to add or an item that you would like removed from your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to edit your order prior to it shipping. If your order has already shipped we can create a new order for you to have the additional item(s) shipped to you in a separate box.

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation please check your spam folder.
My order has not shipped yet what should I do?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (except for holidays) typically ship out within one to two business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out within the next one to two business days.
I need my order fast for an upcoming event! What can I do?
We offer multiple shipping options and would recommend you choose one of the expedited options due to current shipping delays. If you need an order within the week, as shipping delays are out of our control, we would highly recommend using UPS 2nd Day Air.
My order says it has shipped but the tracking has not yet been updated.
Due to the unprecedented times and increase in demand for shipping, it has not been uncommon for carriers to skip scanning packages and for them to be delayed up to three weeks. Some packages may not be scanned at any point all the way up to delivery where it might be scanned for the first time. If your tracking has not been updated for more than three weeks and still states the carrier is awaiting your shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help troubleshoot your order. As shipping delays are out of our control we highly recommend using UPS 2nd Day Air if you have an important upcoming event.
Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping order confirmation and tracking number. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder or contact us at email@example.com.
What do I do if there is an item missing from my order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct your order and get the missing item sent to you in the mail.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please keep the box and damaged items so that we can get images if needed and contact us email@example.com so we can send you replacement products.
I did not receive an invoice for my order. How can I get one?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email entered at checkout. If you do not receive the order confirmation in your email please check your spam folder or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is $9.99 for orders less than $49.99 and free for orders over $50. Overseas shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
What countries do you ship to?
To see if your order can be shipped to your country, add items to your cart, click check out, and then enter your shipping address. Once entered, you will then be able to view the UPS Worldwide shipping calculator which will display available options and pricing. Please keep in mind that international customers may have additional taxes or duties owed once they receive the order. International shipping options typically do not include insurance and the customer assumes liability if the shipment gets lost or damaged.
