Mix a drink
Combine 2 scoops with 24 fl oz of water in a water bottle.

Prepare a gel
Combine 2 scoops with 150mL (5 fl oz) of water in a gel flask.

Let it dissolve
Use warm water. Add water first, then powder. Shake well and allow 5 minutes to dissolve. Follow package directions for use.

Lactic acid: sourcing and purification.
Lactic acid can be produced by fermenting sugars or starches, followed by purification. Starting materials vary by supplier and may include sugarcane, sugar beets, or corn-derived carbohydrates. We do not currently have supplier documentation confirming the absence of residual corn DNA or proteins in this ingredient.
