We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, product packaging and appearance may vary, and the colors displayed on your device may not exactly match the physical product.

We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes.

Results vary between individuals, and using Flow Formulas products does not guarantee improved performance, increased endurance, faster recovery, prevention of dehydration or cramping, race results, personal records, or other particular outcomes.

Training, nutrition, hydration, recovery, genetics, environmental conditions, sleep, health, and numerous other factors affect athletic performance.

6. PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for using Flow Formulas products according to the instructions and serving recommendations provided on the applicable product label.

Do not exceed recommended use unless directed by an appropriate healthcare professional.

Products should be stored according to package instructions and should not be consumed after their applicable expiration or best-by date when doing so would be inconsistent with the product's instructions.

7. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.

• Discounts have no cash value.

10. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FLOW+

Flow Formulas may offer recurring product subscriptions and/or Flow+ benefits.

When you enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize Flow Formulas and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders according to the frequency and pricing disclosed when you subscribe.

Unless otherwise disclosed at enrollment, subscriptions continue until cancelled.

Pricing, product availability, benefits, delivery frequency, and other subscription features may change. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Subscription benefits may include features such as recurring delivery, subscription pricing, shipping benefits, exclusive offers, early product access, or other benefits described at the time of enrollment.

You are responsible for managing your subscription before the applicable order processing or renewal date.

Cancellation of a subscription does not necessarily cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Any specific cancellation deadlines, modification requirements, minimum commitments, or other subscription rules displayed during enrollment or within your subscription-management portal form part of these Terms.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Flow Formulas is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

12. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRODUCT CONCERNS

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged-product claims, and other purchase-related remedies are governed by the Flow Formulas Return and Refund Policy in effect at the time of the applicable transaction.

You may have opportunities to submit product reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, social-media content, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your original User Content.

When you voluntarily submit User Content directly to Flow Formulas for publication or promotional use, you grant Flow Formulas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and marketing Flow Formulas, subject to applicable law and any additional terms presented when the content is submitted.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates applicable law, contains unlawful material, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains spam, or otherwise violates these Terms.

We will not suppress a legitimate customer review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.

15. ATHLETES, AMBASSADORS, CREATORS, AND TESTIMONIALS

Flow Formulas may feature athletes, ambassadors, creators, coaches, customers, or other individuals in marketing and educational content.

Their experiences and opinions are their own and may not represent the experience of every customer.

Some individuals featured by Flow may receive free products, compensation, commissions, sponsorship, discounts, or other consideration. Applicable material relationships should be disclosed as required by law.

Testimonials and athlete experiences do not constitute guarantees of performance or results.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, ecommerce applications, shipping providers, subscription-management services, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other technology partners.

Flow Formulas does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent practices, availability, content, or terms.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing Flow Formulas products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions separately agreed to between you and Flow Formulas.
